Krystal has been working with Laura since March 2020. Not surprisingly, she quickly became an invaluable feature of Laura’s practice. She’s a committed legal support professional who always shows up with compassion, patience, and understanding in pursuit of her goal to serve people in their time of need, and she cares deeply about her community and the people who live in it, which makes her well-suited for the work she does.

 

Not only does Krystal help our clients by collecting, processing, and analyzing information, she supports them in navigating the legal environment and ensuring their needs are met. Her ability to connect with people is an asset to both our clients and the firm, and her attention to detail, ability to adapt to a variety of situations, and openness to doing things she hasn’t done before, as well as embracing the challenges before her, allow her to comprehensively serve our clients. During her time working with Laura, Krystal has expanded her knowledge in a variety of areas of the law, particularly real estate, probate, estate planning, and business, and, in an effort to best serve our clients, she takes every opportunity to further expand her knowledge and gain a better understanding of the law.

 

Krystal is originally from Lake Park, Minnesota, and obtained an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Legal Administration from Minnesota State Community and Technical College in Moorhead. Prior to working with Laura, she was a Childcare Provider in Morris. She lives in Morris with her husband (Tom), her children (Daniel and Jordyn), and the family dog (Jojo). Outside of SCHMIDT Law + Consulting, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and crafting.
